This License Agreement (Agreement) is a legal contract between you ("User" or "Licensee") and CosmoChic LLC ("Licensor") regarding the use of digital designs, creative content, and other intellectual property provided by CosmoChic LLC. By purchasing, downloading, or using any CosmoChic LLC products or services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Grant of License
CosmoChic LLC grants the Licensee a (non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license) to use the purchased or provided digital content and services **for personal or business use only**, subject to the following conditions:
- Permitted Use:
- Digital products, graphics, and creative works may be used for personal or commercial purposes as outlined at the time of purchase.
- Licensed content may be modified only for personal or agreed-upon business use.
- Attribution is required if stated in the product description.
- Prohibited Use:
- Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or claiming ownership of any CosmoChic LLC product, service, or intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
- Use of licensed content in illegal, defamatory, or unethical projects is not permitted.
- AI training, blockchain minting (NFTs), or machine-learning purposes are prohibited without express written permission.

2. Intellectual Property Rights
All products, services, digital content, and creative works remain the **intellectual property of CosmoChic LLC**. This Agreement **does not transfer ownership** of any content; it only grants a limited license for use.

3. Payment & Termination
- The license is only valid upon full payment.
- CosmoChic LLC reserves the right to revoke any license if the terms are violated.
- No refunds will be issued for revoked licenses due to misuse.

4. Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
- CosmoChic LLC provides digital and creative content “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- CosmoChic LLC is **not responsible** for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its licensed content.

5. Modifications & Updates
